    When will I be delivered?

    For the main global destinations, our carrier delivers between 2 and 4 days. The delay is even shorter in Europe. We offer you the shipping costs.

    Do you ship all over the world?

    Yes ! We deliver worldwide and usually in less than 4 days. Models in exotic leather (python, alligator, etc.) are available in the European Union and in certain countries under certain conditions (contact us). Transportation is always free. For shipments outside the European Union, customs duties and other taxes in the country of destination may apply. They are the responsibility of the customer.

    Can I order the Haute Couture dresses, skirts, jackets, coats designed and produced by Maison Julien Fournié provided via the online store?

    The Haute Couture designs by Maison Julien Fournié are unique and made to measure, for a specific customer. They are made exclusively in the House’s workshops, with the help of craftsmen with specific skills: weavers, embroiderers, craftsmen specialising in feather embroidery… These pieces constitute the ultimate level in elegance and are tailored to the precise measurements and taste of each customer. They cannot therefore be sold on an online store. However, via the contact form available on our site boutique.julienfournie.com/customer-service you can contact our house. We will then be happy to guide you through this unique experience of having a one-of-a-kind Haute Couture outfit designed by Julien Fournié.

    What is a pre-order?

    Maison Julien Fournié, in full respect of the Haute Couture tradition, produces only a few pieces of its exceptional bags and belts. To allow you to reserve these creations, Maison Julien Fournié gives you the opportunity to reserve these pieces before they are available for immediate sale. Your payment is debited at the time of the order, delivery occurs when the item is manufactured, the delivery time is a maximum of 120 days. 

    An item is marked “out of stock”. Can I still get it?

    Maison Julien Fournié, respecting the tradition of Haute Couture, only produces a few pieces of its exceptional bags or belts. These pieces can therefore be quickly sold out. However, if you want an out of stock article, Maison Julien Fournié will be happy to satisfy you if it is possible. To do this, please contact our customer service at customerservice@julienfournie.com Maison Julien Fournié will tell you if this special order is possible and at what price.

    Can I modify or cancel my order?

    It is possible to cancel your order only when it has not been validated by our services or delivered to our carrier, that is to say within 24 hours of validation on our site. If so, please email us at customerservice@julienfournie.com. Otherwise, in case you meet the conditions set by our general conditions of sale, you will be able to return your product.

    Can I return an item?

    The products by Maison Julien Fournié are manufactured with the greatest care and attention, each piece being scrupulously examined before each shipment. However, according to the general conditions of sale, you have the possibility to withdraw. Please read Return and exchange section. If your item is eligible, you must contact customer service by email (customerservice@julienfournie.com) within the time limits set by the general conditions of sale. The sales department will then send you the instructions to implement your shipment. In order to get a refund, you must strictly follow these instructions. If these instructions are not followed, the refund may be partial, or even impossible, according to the terms of our general conditions of sale. Please note that the return may imply extra costs depending on the country where you are based. Generally, the return costs will be at your expense.
